Boxed with original power supply and manual. Preamp itself is in very good condition, only noticeable issue is that one of the little rubber feet from the bottom is missing. It's had very light use at home and in practices so the valve is still going strong as well.

Very nice unit - easy to use and flexible, I've mainly used it for "beefing up" vocals at home or in a rehearsal studio, although as you'd expect with ART, the quality is more than enough to use as a recording preamp.
