Slightly off topic but I'm thinking of putting those pickups in my AVRI52.  Any comments?

    GLWS :)
Do it. They are fantastic pickups. I have them in my other tele.

    She is really beautiful.

    What is the weight?
Very light and very resonant. We were a aiming for just under 7lbs. I don't have any scales at home but this is light and probably is around 7lb or under.
You can pick up a set of digital kitchen scales that will weigh up to 5kg for a few pounds off eBay or amazon, and then you’ll never not be able to weigh a guitar again!  ;)

7.1 lb is a nice weight. Are you sure that isn't 7lb 15 oz?

Final price drop to £875 delivered. That's the lowest I can go.

Would also be interested in trades for Custom shop 1960 Les Paul R0, or Suhr Alt T - with cash from me. I need something with humbuckers for a project.

    Withdrawn form sale.

It's a cracking guitar and is not worth selling for less than I'm asking.

  • Perhaps convert it to a humbucker (at least in the neck)?
