Where to get guitar bodies?

Hi 

Where's the best place to get decent guitar bodies (UK based) that aren't too expensive? I'm looking for an alder bass body and lowest I seem to get is still over £100 for an unfinished body. Any recommendations?

They'll be imported, no idea of quality, looks like some work needed from the pics rounding and whatever else.

Guitar bodies are not cheap or expensive due to their brand or shop name but in actual it is their building wood that makes them cheap or expensive. The guitar bodies which are usually made with Rosewood and Alder are expensive but I love their finish and colours but if you want cheap ones then you should go with basswork. By the way, I also like the mahogany guitar bodies because they are not only appealing but also economical but yes, they could have issues when you want loud tones.
