I live in Bury, north Manchester. We have a 'street artist' who has been nicknamed Wanksy. He draws boobs and penises on the road around potholes to shame the council to repair them!

As for the guitar, I'd guess the owner doesn't want to sell, but is under pressure from a significant other. It will still be there years from now.
