Delay FX Loop Question

Hello,

Has anyone ever used a delay pedal with an inbuilt effects loop?

I've recently bought a DMM 550TT and plan on putting my Boss PS-2 into the delay loop.

However, I also want to use the PS-2 as a standard pitchshifter without the delay bypassed.

Any idea wherever this is possible?

Im assuming that new DMM is true bypass so no, can't see how you can do it. you could build a fancy switcher box with the DMM and PS-2 in its loops that puts the PS-2 into the DMM loop when the DMM is selected, but it would just be complicated
The other thing to think about. why do you want the PS-2 in the loop ? Is it for pitch shifted delays or delays added to the repeat ? I had a PS-3 ages ago and yes the pitch shifted repeats were a lot of fun, but i never found it really that useful apart from making noises.
