I'm sure this has been asked before, but if you re-list a bunch of previously unsold listings will they qualify?  Or do you need to create them from scratch?

You can tell if you relist and check if your number of  available £1 listings is reduced.

Not convinced this is a great move on eBay's part. Royal Mail and couriers already appear to be creaking under the pressure in the current environment, so bottling up and suddenly releasing a load of demand before lockdown restrictions are eased seems a tad irresponsible.
