Been playing it a lot recently. Had it since the '90s. Sounds fab with a bit of a push and some squish from a compressor

That's a very nice 330 & very nice old amp in great condition.

FWIW I actually liked your track better than the Jam, bassist is a good singer too. V impressed altogether.

Thanks for the feedback about "Sink". Great fun to record especially with Johnno's urgent, growly dynamic bass and moody vocals - he gives it some. Great guy to work with and he lives round the corner form me so it's so easy to work on stuff (pre-lock down).

We've gigged this track so it was really easy to record apart from the drums which take MOST of the working hours. The rest is easy - just play it.

Glad you enjoyed the "Ricktones" (name for a band?). For me, they just need a bit of a gain push and some compressor squishing and then the full glory emerges.

Even better through both a Vox and a fender reverb amp combined.  That’s what I do live. Glorious.
