Hendrix had a Strat with a Tele neck, the end of the neck was radiused to make it fit.

I actually think it looks really good on the upside-down Strat. Not so keen the right way up when I've seen it...

An upside-down lefty Strat with a Tele neck was his main guitar in the Joe Perry Project. But I'm sure he has many others!

I can’t make up my mind if I like how it looks but it plays and sounds absolutely beautiful.
and it took all of 15 minutes to swap the necks and required minimal tweaking thereafter...
