Just came across these guys, searching a cover of a song I'm learning. Never heard of them before, but they have 14m YouTube subs and 5m listens p/m on Spotify. 

90% of what they play and 100% of their top tracks on Spotify is covers! They do it well, but wow. They are selling out the Royal Albert Hall as a non-specific cover band.

What's going on? Am I missing something or is this a new thing?

What is a Snorkeldick dick? Is this the new term people are using for corksniffer? 

If so, I'm one, I can play Everlong just as well, but I'm not selling out the RAH  Clearly need to up my game and get a shiny PRS!

Byoce Avenue must be going for near 10 year now on Youtube. Perfect example of technically first class musicians but just missing that "it". (I have neither the tecnhical musicianship or the "it", for the record.)
