N (came as a total surprise) GD!

So, next Saturday I will have completed level 39 and turn 40. 

This morning a friendly postman knocked on my door and handed me a surprise parcel from one of my oldest friends. The box contained the below. A hugely generous gift by any standard. 

I’m not the biggest fanboy on earth (my mate is but he doesn’t play) but I do have plenty of time for BM’s playing and it’s nice to have an axe in the collection with such interesting switching options. 

The guitar is a B-stock return due to the ding in the top (pictured) but I’m not bothered by that in the slightest. I have already put a blob of superglue over it to stop it getting worse. 

Also, you may have noticed it’s signed by the man himself, which is nice. 

Anyone have any advise as to what I might be able to spray over this to preserve it as I am going to play it now and again?

should come off with a bit of T-cut, you shouldn't need to respray it then

Honestly, it plays so well it would be a shame not to play it. It will be hung in a prominent place in the house (the good lady has ok’d the lounge) and not in the studio with the rest of the mob. 

I’ve found a ton of advice online so I will likely make a template around the autograph and spray it with a clear coat.
