He's put together a nonsensical couple of paragraphs about being American and not being a business, and how the shop isn't anything to do with his business (even though it's got the same name) so if you want to return something you should just sell it on yourself instead.

To put it another way, you've got a guy who buys looooads of guitars and says he's done it for people to be able to play at his business.
He then puts them for sale on an account with the same name as his business, but says it's a personal sale so you get no rights.

I seem to recall that was his logic in his auction T&Cs as to why he didn't have to pay tax either.

Anyway, if anybody's had dealings with him and wants to post them on here, please remember to keep a copy of all messages from him. He's really rather litigious (or, at least, he likes to threaten it - never seen him go any further, but that doesn't mean it hasn't happened), so it's handy if there's an instant rebuttal in the form of direct evidence.

Apparantly he sold a car or something to buy all that stuff, now I expect he's gonna make a lot less than he thinks. I just don't see why anyone would pay those prices for those guitars, even if yi were a rich Mustaine mega fan.
