I did a search to see whether he'd come up before, and couldn't find anything (apologies if I've missed something) - a Canadian luthier and guitar repairer who sometimes videos his jobs and puts them up on YouTube. I'm finding myself watching them as a respite against the Ongoing Stupidity (also the David Lynch Weather Reports, but that's a whole other thread, I suppose). 

Anyway, it's lovely and very informative.
