I don't know if things have changed in recent years, but the ones with "LT" (Lacquer Taste) in the model names have (or had) nitro top coats.  This one for example:

Yes, but there are (or were) LP Standard/Custom models with LT finishes too, although I couldn't spot any from a quick look at that ESP site.

I got one a couple of months ago.  It really is as good as my Gibson Traditional LP and better than my Gibson LP Special 2019
