NGD - Epiphone content - I wasn't looking...

NiteflyNitefly Frets: 4952
... but somehow it found me - Epiphone Sorrento 1962 Reissue.

Many thanks to the young and lovely @impmann from whom I have acquired this rather fetching example.

It's a beautiful player, light and resonant, although I haven't yet had chance to plug it in and make a proper racket...

Many thanks again, Tim, and best wishes to you and the family.

PS here are some more (and better! ) pics:

I was toying with the idea of a casino for a while, do these sound similar?

@munckee ; Thank you  :)  I would say unplugged they are very similar, as both are fully-hollow (although it's probably 3 years since I last had a Casino), but powered up maybe not so much.

The Casino has P90s where this has Gibson mini-humbuckers - there's a bit more bite than the P90s in my ES-330, especially at the bridge.
