GIBSON CS M2M dealer models

What's Hot
Seeing a lot of stores inc Coda that have a fair amount of M2M Gibson Les Pauls

Whats the deal on resale value and desirability with something like this?

C.O.A just says CS and the serial number as obviously it’s not a particular model with it being M2M

Ive seen a Les Paul custom one that I fancy but worried about potential resale value etc down the line given it’s a store M2M

Most dealers are using the M2M program for minor tweaks - neck profiles, pickups etc.
Unless they've ordered something in puke green with robot tuners and a bigsby,
I doubt the resale will differ hugely from the norm.

It’s harder sell to the wider public because it’s implied a specific spec and often priced higher compare to a R7/8/9.

quality wise they should be on par.  I’d only get one if it has the spec you are after not found on the regular R.

It’s lightly aged and uncovered pups and that’s about  it.

I do like that but it’s over £4K so there’s definitely better value elsewhere on a used R7 Custom
