Cleaning guitar during covid

I need to take my Gretsch to the tech for some work and just wondered, once I get it back, what the best way is to clean it so I don't damage anything? Or am I best to just leave it in its case for a few days?

Just leave it for a few days.  Normally isopropyl to clean stuff but on guitar you might end up taking more than viruses off.

Just leave it for a few days, as @RaymondLin suggests.  The virus dies off quite quickly on hard surfaces.  

Fully sanitising all the contact areas of a guitar would be more trouble than it’s worth, and runs the risk of damaging the finish or fretboard.
