Actually I can't see them for that price at all. Think you're mistaken. 

You can only buy 12 and that works out at £3.80 incl postage per 6.

No, it's not clear silicon, it's like a vintage yellowy latex. I've never used the allparts stuff so can't comment on the dimensions etc.

Could be good stuff for all I know!
