Epiphone Valve Junior Cabinet 1x12 guitar amp extension cabinet. Fitted with a custom designed, 16 ohm, 12" Eminence Lady Luck Speaker rated for 70 watts RMS.  

Very good condition, no rips or tears, though has had an amp head rested on it for a few months, so as you can see there are a couple of small indentations on the tolex.
