    [snip]

Xotic Minis are awesome as they are built like a tank and can take batteries

SP Comp - Is spectacular and on my all time top 5 pedals. The perfect comp in my book.
SL Drive - It was a nice drive, but I couldn't make it sound like the demos which probably says more about me than the pedal.
I think Xotic stuff is fantastic. I bought the SL Drive from @monquixote and once you fiddle with it, you can get some excellent sounds out of it. It does depend on the amp though. I reckon that if you got the Xotic SP Compressor, the SL Drive and the EP Booster along with a two channel amp you could cover 95% of most rock music.

I was checking out pedal options recently and this seemed ok if you are a very infrequent user of modulation and board space is an issue.

    Haven't used one though...

I like the little guyatone pedals.

They aren't all that common and I have no idea of the price new but they are well made little things.
The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

I'm gonna third the Black Secret, to my ears it's actually thicker and meaner sounding than the current production RAT2s.

The selector switch broke on mine and I went out and got another one.

The ana echo is another one which is great, not just "good for the price" great.
The pitch shifting ones on the other hand are garbage.
