Should I be getting my old film cameras out of the garage?  My first SLR was a Praktika for my 16th birthday which produced some bloody good pics, and I continued using once I moved into Minolta stuff.  It feels nice and solid, clunky, and was just simple.  Could easily buy lots of used East German lenses done The Lane in Bethnal Green and learned a lot from that.
