Morningstar MC6 issues

I have setup my MC6 to select different presets on my HX Stomp; sometimes selecting a preset also changes the MC6 bank to give further options within that preset. 

One issue so far is that the names I’ve given to a button on the MC6 will randomly change themselves, eg “Boost” might become “?NAME” after turning the unit on again next time. 

Another is that for one stomp preset I have the MC6 to select snapshots 1, 2 or 3 (one button for each), only the button assigned to snapshot 1 does nothing and cannot be reprogrammed to do anything else (snapshots work fine directly on the stomp).

Anyone else experienced these anomalies?
