Seems like Packlink dont even want to refund the shipping? Bizzarre. They agree that the investigation shows it is lost or missing but somehow that doesn't qualify for a refund....

Oh shit. UPS cover musical instruments, but if you purchase through Packlink, they don't. So. Don't use Packlink? That seems to be the simple answer?

I've used https://www.secursus.com for parcel insurance in the past. They charge 0.6% of the insured value.

I've never had to make a claim so I can't make any comment about the claims process.
