Les Paul Jnr / SG replicas

With my ongoing with drama with JXG I've given up actually ever getting a guitar from him, so thought I'd start looking around for who is the 'go to' guy now for dead on Jnr / SG - I mean proper replicas, shape, size, weight, neck profiles etc (without the name on the headstock)

@IvisonGuitars or @Danielsguitars are surely worth talking to? They both have excellent reputations and build stunning junior types.

Thanks for the mention, have a look in my made in UK thread, there's a few in there, one was an aged refinish plus nylon nut and dog ear swap for a mojo, fantastic pickups

I'm not aware of anyone making SG - as opposed to LP - Junior replicas, it would be interesting to know.  Of course you could get one custom made.

How much more would a real one be compared to a dead on replica? 

I'm probably way out if touch but I thought early 60s SG shaped Juniors were a lot less expensive than the earlier shape?

The SG shaped ones seem to be about £4,000 or so depending on condition, not that I've been looking...

Juniors are getting way out of hand imo, I doubt I'll ever own one now and I don't lust after them anymore having played and compared there's not enough in it for me personally
