Guitarguitar walk in

What's Hot
A friend and I are looking to go to the Epsom shop on Sunday to try out Peavey 6505s. Are guitarguitar still only accepting pre-booked appointments or can you walk in as usual ?

I walked a few weeks ago just fine, but need to wear a mask and prudent to ask before picking up a guitar and instead of putting it right back, hand it to a staff who will sanitise it before they put it back.

I asked the Glasgow Digital branch and they said it's fine to browse as long as you wear a mask and also fine to try the keyboards as long as you've sanitised your hands.

    Probably the same with guitars.

That makes me wonder - during this whole pandemic, I wonder if anyone's touched a nitro finish with wet sanitiser still on their hands and damaged it?

I wonder the same with cars interiors.

I feel like that stuff eats through leather.

The only easy day, was yesterday...

It certainly wrecks leather shoes if it drips onto them, as I’ve found out.
