    I don’t know where you are but you could try Caer Urfa Leather
    www.Facebook.com/cearurfaleather (sorry can’t get the link thingy to work)
    he will make one to your design out of quality leather and he doesn’t stamp or emboss them he carves them by hand (I’ve seen him do it) on top of that he’s a good guy and great guitarist.

    Another +1 for Heistercamp, also a fan of Brookwood in the US.

    Heistercamp Catalyst, amazing value for money. Handmade boutique strap at an affordable price.
    @riffpowers I have a couple I bought to try but they're not for me. One black, one tan if you're interested.

    DSL from Australia do nice leather straps for decent prices and wide range of colours and contrasting stitching. I got mine from Anderton's but they stopped selling them, I think they prefer to sell straps with a heftier markup.. Gear4Music and GuitarGuitar stock them now.

  • Check out Couch Guitar Straps from the US if you want something cool and made by enthusiasts.

    https://www.couchguitarstraps.com/

    I've got three of these on different guitars and I keep meaning to buy a couple more for guitars that don't have them yet.

    Really good and very hardwearing. The ends don't get all stretched and floppy like some leather ones do.

    Don't talk politics and don't throw stones. Your royal highnesses.

    @riffpowers ;;;  I have a bunch of straps that I don't use.
    You can have any of them for free if you want?
    I live in Durham too, so I'm sure we could easily arrange for a Covid safe drop off.
    From the pics there are three
    fabric types including the retro striped Terry Gould and the new Rotosound in the packet.
    The tan unfinished brown leather/suede is a Paul Minotaur & the grey is a leather DSL with Marvel strap locks.
    No offence if you aren't interested

    PS Anyone that wants any of the straps if riffpowers doesn't, let me know & they are free ( but hopefully a donation the tFB).

    +1 for Couch, I have 3 of their Racer X straps in different colours to match the guitar they're for. Last ages and I think they look cool. They're vegan too if you care about that sort of thing. The first one I got is quite stiff but the other two are really soft and feel great. Maybe they've changed their materials since the first one. Their car vinyl/seat cover ones look cool as well!

  • Make your own, last you a lifetime. I still have one a mate made for me in 1979.
    buy the leather from a wholesaler, cut to size and off you go.

    I’ve had a pair of Racer X straps arrive a month ago, they are both pretty soft - I’m definitely going to get more of them - the guys there are really nice and helpful too!
    I'm always looking for interesting USA Hamers for sale.

    At the moment I'm looking for:

    * Hamer SS2 & T62
    * Music Man Luke 1

    Please drop me a message.

    These are good for the taller amongst us

    6'5" is "normal" height. In my opinion, everyone else is abnormal

    Depends....

    I think I got Super XL for my Explorer and a couple of XLs for others, but the Super XL can go quite short (if you're tall) or long (if you are short).

    @drofluf  Hi, still no response, so I'm having to assume there is no interest.
    So, if you want to PM me your address details, I'll make arrangements to get the brown Minotaur to you.
