Box for posting acoustic guitar

Afternoon folks.

I have sold an acoustic guitar, in hard case, and am struggling for a cardboard box to post it in. Does anyone within a reasonable radius of me (south Cheshire) have one going spare, or know where I might locate one? It doesn’t fit in one of the fender electric cardboard boxes I have!

Have you got a guitar shop nearby? Usually if you ask them nicely they’ll oblige. I tend to buy a pack of strings or something as a thank you.

Or just buy a similarly-sized guitar and it should come with one for free!

I called the only guitar shop anywhere near me and they said they Chuck them out immediately due to fire hazard!

I have usually factored it into the price when I list it if I need one .
ive been very happy with them when needed and it’s worth it to have a wide catchment area such as all the U.K. on  ebay

An alternative is a bicycle box, got any cycle shops nearby?

Few sheets of cardboard from a supermarket taped together will do the job fine as well.
