4 string stop tail bridge

Bit of an ask here - I am looking to source a 4 string stop tail bridge - I am wanting to put together a Les Paul Jnr DC style baritone ukulele, but I am struggling to locate the correct looking bridge. Anyone got any ideas? String spacing is 12mm, so using a bass tail piece probably won't work... TIA
