After Matsumoku Monday, in a similar vein, Chushin Tuesday or Choooosday (so it rhymes better). Who has guitars from the Japanese Chushin Gakki factory?

I have a couple....

A Bambu from late 70's (neck made of laminated bamboo)

And an Azumi

Anyone else got any of had any?

A lot of people think their Japanese guitar was made at the Matsumoku factory because its the most well known one from the 80s, but it may actually have been made in the Chushin factory.

    Here's an example -

Vantage Avenger - normally made by Uncle Mats, but this one is Chushin
See the chuncky jack socket? Take it off and it it stamped CHUSHIN on the back. A bit of a giveaway!

and see the neck plate serial number starting with a letter, an "I" in this case

This one is a bit more contentious, as a lot of people say Mats-built guitar have these too. But if these were used on Matsumaku built guitars too, why would Mats complicate their production line process by introducing a new set of neck plates with a different numbering system?
