Thanks for the demo, EBMMs are great guitars.  II fancy the HH version of the Albert Lee.

Fancy allowing yourself to be upstaged by a broken string.  

I agree with you that the two “in-between” pickup selections sound very Albert as opposed to very Stratty. 

Might be worth getting the AL wiring modified to allow the bridge + neck, in parallel, in phase combination.

Other interesting options include:
Bridge + neck, in series, in phase
Bridge + neck, in series, out of phase
Bridge + neck, in parallel, “half out of phase”

You certainly punished that guitar .
Having met you in person I certainly get the Ukelele joke but I'm only 6'1 and 16 stone and I find them tiny but I love them in all formats especially the HH ...................as you certainly show ,those necks can be so fast .

@Dominic they are wonderful instrumental for any style of music and if you want something that’s isn’t a strat but sort of is i think it’s perfect
