Yes, those are fine - or you could use 1/8W if you want, there’s no minimum power requirement for a guitar (it’s microwatts at most) and they’re physically smaller... not that it matters, the 1/4Ws are small anyway. 470K is just the traditional lower-series value closest to 500K, and there’s no audible difference with that small a variation.
