Prince's #1 cloud guitar used on the Purple Rain tour sold for $450k earlier in the year. This one is virtually identical and has a strong provenance, so I think it'll go higher than the £10-20k estimate.

I agree. If I was a serious collector and had the dough, I would. Iirc there were only maybe 10 of these, and less were owned and used by prince.

I'm not sure how anyone can predict the price of something so unique with so little previous sales history

If it was me I'd speak to the likes of Jon @FelineGuitars and see if he can build the same and save me £'s

Just get the same guitar built by ESP/Edwards for like £500 job done. OK they only came in white or black, but plenty of savings to give it whatever the hell paintjob you want
