Fret King Black Label (country Maufactured ?)

Can anyone give me any info on the above Guitar line,such as where they are manufactured & how do they differ from the Vintage series guitars ?

Black Label is MIK. 

Differences? The finishes have the characteristic excessively glossy appearance of Asian budget guitars. Less attention to detail during the fettling and set-up stages.

Thanks,so made in Korea?,so does that mean that the FK Eclat is not that mush difference to a Vintage AV1 which has a similar spec(electronics etc) ?.
