Laney GS410s Cab

What's Hot

Bit of a shot in the dark this one, but a pal of mine is looking for one of these cabs. It's a Laney GS410s with 4x10" H&H speakers. The top half is open back, the bottom half closed back. The one he owns has developed a serious problem which can't be resolved. It's a pretty unique sounding cab, but pretty hard to find it seems.

Anyone got one? Or know of one gathering dust somewhere?

There's a crack in the wood causing the cab to buzz like crazy. It's been glued by a carpenter, lasts a few weeks, then starts to buzz again. It's a very bassy cab and he drives it hard. It actually doesn't bother him as much as it does me. He wants it sorted, but it drives me insane. It's all I hear when we rehearse.

Glass fibre resin and mat (used on the inside obviously) that should sort it.
