Elvis Presley - Blue Christmas from '68 Comeback Special and the Martina McBride version

The atmosphere is electric and the air tingles as Elvis and the boys get back to some skiffle roots and play Blue Christmas. It's breathtaking. What a good looking boy, a true icon, almost beyond mortal.

The Martina McBride version is also good as she shoehorns herself in with a terrific vocal performance and her best 60s glam girl make up and hair and some clever video editing to put herself next to Elvis as a true fan gurl.

Have you ever seen the whole concert/s that were then edited into the ‘68 comeback special ? 

It was shown on BBC some years back as part of an Elvis night and I believe was released as “Elvis , one night with you” or something similar.

Love this website, been looking at it for years, serial numbers of guitars and everything. So much detail. Looks like Albert Lee has the J200 Elvis used in films like GI Blues with matt finish
