String breaks...totally unimportant, but annoying

When you've only just put a new set of strings on your guitar and one breaks a week later (my fault, I was clumsy), and you have to bust up another set of strings to replace it. (I have spare 009s but this time it was a .016 plain G)

As I said, wholly unimportant, just annoying.  p

    Could be worse..
so if you fancy a reissue of a guitar they never made in a colour they never used then it probably isn't too overpriced.

Exactly. Anyway, although I play D'Addario 009-042's,  the D'addarios's I had on were actually a bit older than I thought (3 - 4 weeks not a week or so - strange how time during Covid plays tricks on you).  I had a set of Pyramid 10's-46 so I thought I'd take the opportunity to restring my HB Tele with them. Seem fine, a tad stiffer but not excessively.
