That's what I was going to say. I recently started listening to them for the first time in years. Bought a box set of the first five albums off Amazon for around £13. Cracking stuff.
Also, isn't a few of Lennons songs off the White Album in drop D....Dear Prudence, Julia, Happiness Is A Warm gun??
