I tried bass. I'm rubbish. My fingers look for guitar sized frets.  I had a few regular basses, then moved for a Japanese Fender Mustang short scale bass.  That was perfect for me, sounded great too!, But, in the end, I decided to stick with guitar.

but id have to sell another couple of amps to justify buying it including my HRD; for which ive just bought a replacement speaker and valves. Id also have to ignore the taxman...
