Push/Pull 500k pots with high turn resistance

I have a number of guitars with push/pull pots.
The only problem is they are as loose as hell so easy knocked so suddenly the volume goes down.
Can anybody recommend some good 500k push pulls that have a high turn/twist resistance?

Standard CTS push pull will do the job. It is refreshing to read this, as a high %age of players want the low torque pots, (speed pots)
