Help building a guitar

Ok, so I'm trying to build a custom partscaster, and the idea i have right now is a jazzmaster body and neck, but with stratocaster pickups and specialised controls (i.e. three single coil pickups with individual toggle switches, two Tone knobs and a volume knob), the picture in my head is basically a jaguar-stratocaster hybrid.

I'm basically wondering if there are any places in the UK where i could get the body and neck made for a good price.
