I don't think that the pic does it justice - in fact, I can't capture the shade right. It definitely has a little 'olive' in it. It's a lovely shade. Of course, it's not to everyone's taste, but if you're going to have a Hot Rod, you might as well do it properly! Anyway, in the flesh, it's beautiful. At least I think so.

I struggle with Gretsch necks and I've had over a dozen Terada-built Gretsches, from Hot Rods, to normal Chets, to Country Gents, Country Club, Falcons etc - I love them, but the necks don't love me. This is one of the friendliest necks that I've had, but, you know, needs must!

The very impressive Fano now in the clutches of the equally impressive @marczwetsloot who is an absolute gent to deal with. It might be a bit soon Marc, but.... dibs. Just saying.....

PRS still available and attracting some interest on eBay, as is the jolly green Gretsch. It would be nice for them to go to one of the good people of this parish, though.
