best switches/pots? and where do you buy from?

One of my main guitars is playing up so I plan to replace volume pot plus switch.

It's a Tele with a humbucker in the bridge, so I need a 3 way switch and a 250k pot (as I often split the HB).

The current switch has an annoying slight cutout between positions when flicking so I'd rather avoid that.
For a volume pot I like them pretty loose to turn and a very good degree of variation between 1 and 10 for swells.

Any recommendations?

CTS pots are pretty much industry standard..  And for a 3 way switch its Oak Grigsby for Fender style

I would use CRL not Oak Grigsby every time unless there isn't a CRL equivalent. More reliable and feel better in use in my experience.
