Pedal switcher wiring

I'm trying to build a pedal that will let me switch between two loops (A or 
or Loop A into loop B. I've sussed the A or B part but I'm struggling with how to wire the A into B part.
Atm, I've got the A or B wired with a 3PDT so that it grounds the input of whichever loop is NOT selected but I can't figure out how to incorporate another switch to select A into B.
Was sure I had a diagram for this on my laptop but can't find the bugger!
