Sold Bargain £995 Fender AVRI 70s Strat (Fano on hold)

I've gone and bought a relic Thinline Tele (NGD post coming up).  I didn't expect to bond so quickly with it but it was love at first sight so I'm selling a couple of beauties to cover the cost before the overdraft charges kick in.

First up the Fano.

Gorgeous lightweight (6lb 12oz)  and with TV Jones Powertrons , it straddles that Cabronita / Tele /Gretsch thing superbly and has a working tone control too !  A couple of minor scuffs here and there (turns out its a light factory relic !) but it sort of suits the vibe of the thing. £1525

Next Up a lovely superbly set up AVRI 70s Strat, bought here from the patron saint of Gas @MikeS .  Has a 5 way switch in the case if that's your bag, also has a unopened black fender scratch plate that I bought to go all Gilmour.  Its mint and the only thing worth highlighting is that one of the catches on the case has decided not to do its job. £995 including scratchplate and extra 5 way switch




Unfortunately I'm all out of guitar boxes so these are collection or meet only for now.

I'm happy to drive a way to meet - from Exeter in the West through to Winchester Services in the East , Happy to venture North to Salisbury , Bristol or Bath too.

I like the even grain on the Fano body, I assume it's ash but it looks almost like pine.  Nice scratchplate.

Lovely! I've recently bought a couple of Alt de Facto's and have nothing but praise for them. That seems like a very good price indeed.
