Sold 1986 Rickenbacker 360 12 string, "Clanger"

I bought this in February from the board without ever having played a rickenbacker or a 12 string.  It's a fantastic guitar to play and I've loved having it. For anyone who hasn't seen it before it is a 1986 Autumn Glo 12 string which was bought new by Jim Mculloch of the Soup Dragons and was played on I'm Free amongst others, and appears in the video to Mother Universe.  Jim apparently put a hole in the upper horn which has been repaired and is secure.

Shortly after getting it I bought back my 79 strat from a friend because I'm just more of a fender person.  This leaves me with a quandry as I have limited space and guitar funds (being a hobbyist) so I've decided there can be only one keeper - and the strat wins just.

Since I got it I acquired a bridge cover which was missing and repaired the case, two latches were kaput and they've been replaced with non original latches, they are fairly roughly installed and they are not perfect but they work and the case is fine.  I have tried it as 12 string and 6 and it's currently strung as a 6 but you can flit between them without any set up issues from what I've seen.

There are a couple of items on here I have my eye on so I'm not looking for trades I don't think, although as @DrCornelius says there is just too much stuff to try!  I'm looking for £1,650 which is what I've spent on it and would much prefer collection from the south coast near Portsmouth.

Edit: I have removed the link to the previous owner's thread, one thing to mention is the case is a Rickenbacker case but not the one that came with it, this was purchased used by @JerkMoans. ;; It has some damage as shown in the pictures including clanger's hard earned marks and wear::

It's the law of the board, what came from the board shall it return at the same price, I might be confusing that with excalibur but it's something similar!

Great price. I could, I should but I shouldn’t haha matches my hair kind of. Think might have seen  this one on top of the pops re runs the other day or at least the band. Super cool

I had the pleasure of taming this wee belter for 25 years. God knows how she is in such great nick coz I played her in some complete shit holes when I was a teenager. She’s a great guitar

I bought her back 3 times, each time from the heart, and each time I realised instantly why I sold it (my big hands dont get on with a Ricky). So I made sure it didn't pop up on the forum again to tempt me buying it back for a fourth time, and did a deal with GAK. Clangers spell is broken.   What they do with it now is their business.
