SCAMMER WARNING: Due to a spate of recent scam attempts (some successful) recently, if you're doing a deal in the classifieds, ONLY USE PAYPAL GOODS AND SERVICES UNLESS YOU KNOW THAT INDIVIDUAL PERSONALLY. It's really not worth saving a few quid.
Had this up a while back and then the world went crazy - so trading a guitar felt like a bit of a challange and possibly not that important!
Long story short - my old man had a music shop when we closed it down there were two PRS's that we couldn't sell in time so I kept them. I sold one on here a couple of years ago and I kept this one as I liked the classic look - flame top, zebra pickups etc.
The problem is I never play it - it's sat in a case pretty much for the last two three years. I take it out now and then and while it's nice it's just not what i think to play.
I know if I sell it I won't buy another guitar - I have too many already! and then the cash will just disappear into bill paying etc. So I just thought I'd put it up for a trade - see if there's anything interesting.
It's in lovely condition - but there are a couple of marks on the back - I've tried to photograph them to make them look as bad a possible
but they are actually very slight. Obviously happy to send any high res pics.
As in what I'd be interesting in trading for - I'm pretty open. I tend to go for things a bit more left of centre. Not really into anything pointy or too modern - the superstrat type stuff leaves me a bit cold.
I'd love to try:
Something by Musicman (Albert lee? St.vincent?)
Or anything a bit interesting... Novo, Fano, B&G, Fidelity... Open to suggestions, i do like a bit of a relic!
Or something from a smaller builder?
I happy to add a little cash if needed (or vise versa) probably not a huge amount though as I just wanted to try trading something as I've never done it before - value on this guitar? around £1600 I'd guess.
I'm about 20mins from Gatwick Airport happy to travel a little. Train up to London etc.
Any questions - or if you want more pics let me know.
Thanks for looking.

I'm no PRS expert but I'll do my best to answer any questions.
(no idea how the tag got discolored, that's the worst looking bit of the guitar!)
the neck it's a 'wide thin' neck.
from PRS:
The Wide Thin neck has a thinner profile front to back than the Wide Fat. It is a favorite of fast players and lead guitar players.
WIDTH OF THE FRETBOARD AT THE NUT:
Pattern Thin, Wide Thin - 1 11/16"
WIDTH AT THE BODY:
Pattern Thin, Wide Thin - 2 1/4"
NECK DEPTH AT THE NUT:
Pattern Thin, Wide Thin - 26/32"
Weight is: 8.2lb
hidden in there... around £1600 I'd guess.
