Gold hardware is tarnishing as to be expected, but other than that a fantastic example

What are these made of under the veneer? The neck looks like maple, presumably the body is mahogany or alder?

Neck is maple, apparently under the Korina veneer is a multipiece Korina body, i'm not sure tbh though

IME these were poplar or similar under the korina veneer. They're still good guitars, but the newer reissues - (particularly the ~2018 ltd run) were 'better' for being korina* construction throughout.

*or idigbo, hard to be sure really.
