    You need an interface with a proper ASIO driver, then you can select a suitable buffer in it's ASIO ap. You might find the Behringer driver has installed an ap control panel panel to select the buffer size, some drivers do

    There isn't a specific driver, it just sends me to the ASIO site. I think this is largely the issue, and a better interface might work better (although I don't really want to spend a load of money to find out that it's not!).
