SOLD: PRS Silver Sky. Tungsten. Latest version.

Here we have a Silver Sky in tungsten. Bought December 2020 - has the latest nitro finish, slightly larger frets, and maple fretboard with satin finish neck: This retains the profile of the original rosewood SS while current rosewood production has moved to a slightly thinner profile: There's a ton about this over at TGP. 

I play 90% acoustic these days and bought it off here, basically to see what the fuss about these was about. It's a great guitar for sure (I prefer it to any "real" strat I've had, including two EJs), but it ain't an acoustic so it's getting little use and probably sensible to sell it.
 
Guitar plays perfectly, no fret wear whatsoever, and comes with the gig bag and all of the original hang-tags etc. - see pic. Only defect is a ding on the upper bout that I've tried to photograph.

Have discussed this with a few interested people: I really do not want to ship but am prepared to deliver by hand if it's a reasonable train journey from London. However, I really do not want to accept payment by PayPal - don't have an account due to their excoriating fees (for "looking after" my money!). Very happy to Skype etc. to show the guitar and prove I'm not residing in Lagos or Delhi...

Well, my trusty kitchen scales say 7lb 1oz.
(they measure to fractions of an ounce so that's not 7lb 10 oz, it's 7lb 1.0 oz).

Sorry - only just seen this; I'm not around here much - a PM sends an alert to my email but a thread post doesn't.

I still have it - the "collection only" is putting people off but I had a Shur "go missing" a few years back and an experience like that tends to leave an impression on you...
