Midi programming for strymon

It’s a long shot but no harm in asking here. I’ve just bought a strymon Zelzah and it’s brilliant. I want to save presets but I’m not quite getting my head around the manual yet. I use a boss ES5 as my switcher and used to programming but the strymon seems to mystify me a little. It’s new to me that’s why I guess 

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated
