Squier Classic Vibe Esquire from the original run in "50s" style from 2019. I bought this new in Feb 2020 and lightly used it at home for about 6 months before I turned my attention to other guitars. I'm not a huge fan of the neck (a bit too thin for my taste) but otherwise found it very playable. Terrific guitar for the money. The guitar is in excellent condition. There is one single blemish where I knocked the headstock and slightly chipped the lacquer (not the wood). I've pointed that out in the second photo below. The body and the rest of the guitar is flawless. Spec as follows.

BODY MATERIAL: Poplar
BODY FINISH: Gloss Polyurethane
NECK: Maple, “C” Shape
NECK FINISH: Vintage Tint Gloss
FINGERBOARD: Maple, 9.5” (241 mm)
FRETS: 21, Narrow-Tall
POSITION INLAYS: Black Dot
NUT (MATERIAL/WIDTH): Bone, 1.650” (42 mm)
TUNING MACHINES: Vintage-Style
SCALE LENGTH: 25.5” (648 mm)
PICKUP: Fender-designed Single Coil
BRIDGE: 3-Saddle Vintage-Style Strings-Through-Body Tele® with Chrome Barrel Saddles
PICKGUARD: 1-Ply White
KNOBS: Knurled flat-top
HARDWARE FINISH: Nickel

£200 cash on collection. I'm not looking for trades. I'm close to M25/M11 (Harlow/Epping).

Looks great. Real shame they don't have a fatter neck on these classic vibes. Where are you based?

Surely you mean a neck you like? I prefer thicker necks too but these are fantastic guitars and a steal for the money!

Absolutely they're amazing! But yes I just mean slightly fatter neck. Sorry poorly worded and unnecessary comment.

Are these necks Modern C, the same as the Classic Vibe Telecasters?

Yes, it does look more like buttercream but butterscotch blonde is what Squier called it at the time.

  • Out of curiosity, is it routed for a neck pick up under the scratchplate?

    No, there's no neck route.

I think this colour is actually what Squier call Vintage White. And that makes more sense, being a yellowy colour. Apologies for the mistake (which I will blame Andertons for because that is where I checked the spec). =)
